Nevermind the past. A lot of movies being released now are coming under fire for not being politically correct..

The recent Ghostbusters had the Alt-right crying offence, some even claimed it retroactively violated their childhood like a time-travelling priest. Little conservative man-children cried buckets over Ocean's 8 which put an all female spin on the old classic. The comment sections of sites like IGN were lit up with angry Ben Shapiro wannabes venting over Spike Lee's upcoming movie BlacKKKlansman, based on a true story about a black cop who infiltrated the Klan back in the 70s. Accusations of "reverse racism" were thrown as if the movie somehow attacked their values. They can't even enjoy simple movies any more. Even something innocuous like The Incredibles 2 was accused of a "liberal agenda" because the father has become a house husband.

And not just movies. In the past Nazi-shooter Wolfenstein went by without incident. When the last one was released Alt-right, Breitbart-reading, InfoWars-watching, Trump-supporting Incels were up in arms at how they were being unfairly portrayed.

It's political correctness gone mad.

The SJW snowflakes would lose their shit over Al Jolson in this era of political correctness run amok! The world was so much better when blackface was socially acceptable. :sigh:

The Sound of Music.

Shows the Alt-Right in a bad light.

There are good people on both sides, and it failed to show the refugee, anti-patriotic Von Trapps as rapists and murderers.

Nothing wrong with a bit of casual plagiarism in the cause of bemoaning political correctness gone mad. Is there? :ask:

Has he done it again? His acts of cribbing text and not citing it are getting more frequent...

If he wasn't such a generally honest person we'd almost have to consider him dishonest..

Anyway, the grandpapa here would be the 'mighty spectacle' The Birth of a Nation (originally The Clansman). Nor should Song of the South be forgotten. I enjoyed hearing the "Uncle Remus" stories as a very young child but probably very few if any children these days have that same pleasure, for better or worse.

Link to the original that has been plagiarised?

Or did you just feel like pulling a gratuitous insult out of your arse?

Yup. I pasted several strings into it. All links came back to the opening post of this thread.

Again: Link to the original that has been plagiarised?

In Rationalian threads, it's almost impossible to keep track of who's insulting who, you crow-eating wanker... :tea:
