Is that out already? I like the JJ Abrhams incarnation of Star Trek. Far better than those dreadful TV series.

Fucken JJ Abrams. Is there anything he hasn't got his fingers into? I know he was doing movies before Lost, but he should stick to TV. I haven't seen this movie yet. I will eventually, and I will probably enjoy it to a degree. I just get a bit sick of his style of suspense. It's the equivalent to a Dan Brown book. It's page turning, but it's schlocky.

Sorry to spoil the party but I found it very derivative. Khan? Radiation filled airlock? and relentless comedic slapstick punch ups that never left any damage. Parts of the story interrupted by game-dramaz which interrupted the flow of the rather limited storyline. I can see why it is popular but then I can see why the world we live in ain't got any real starships too. 
What will the world be like after its ruler is removed?
