Al's concerts involve frequent costume changes (before launching into a song he'll sometimes dress to resemble the artist who performed the original), and he intersperses some of these clips through the show to buy himself some changing time. They're funny, but he needs some new ones!

As an aside, his concerts are really good, and I mean musically, not just for the parody stuff. The band that tours with him are a bunch of very talented musicians who work well together across the fairly wide variety of musical styles Al parodies.
