Cut "The Ten Commandments" down to the Red Sea scene.

"Ishtar" gets a scene where nuclear weapons are used in anger.

"The Phantom Menace" is never made at all.

I think Toy Story 3 would've been better had the toys slowly sailed towards their doom and perished in the flames.

I would've laughed as all the children started blubbering and old school fans got outraged. It would've been the middle finger of the century (and it only a tenth of the way in).
