UZUMAKI?! You're kidding me, I remember after reading it thinking it would make the creepiest horror movie ever, though I didn't think one would actually exist. Have you seen it? Is it any good??

ETA:
70) Helboy II: The Golden Army* (story didn't amount to anything, but it looked really good)
71) Gran Torino* (pleasantly surprised by this one, I liked all the oldfashioned racial slurs)

ETA 2:
72) The Golden Compass* (what utter shite. The overarching storylines (Mrs. Coulter, the Magisterium, Lord Asriel) don't work, the smaller storylines are episodic, the philosophical underpinnings are both naive and claustrophobically absolutist, enemies are dispatched without a hint of remorse or even ambivalence, and the CGI people didn't pay enough attention on how a polar bear moves. The only thing this film has got going for it is very decent art direction)

76) Matrix Reloaded*** (it might not be a modern epic like part one, but it still looks very cool)

ETA 2:

77) Die Welle* (German remake of classic sociology film, and like the original the message was laid on thick)
78) Fear dot Com* (post-Ring horror about a murderous website. Every computer in the film had the same desktop, and it wasn't Windows, and there was some talk about negative energy, so my nerdy side really got ticked off at this movie, but otherwise it was quite nice)

Hey you guys are counting repeats.
Then I can say

25) Crying Fist (again)

and just remembered

26) Spirited Away
28) Princess Mononoke
29) Afro Samurai 2 (utter balls)
30) The Dark Knight (don't know why I watched it again. I thought maybe my viewing in the cinema last year was affected by lack of sleep and drink the night before. Watched it again on DVD. Still a pile of dung)
31) The Predator
32) Predator 2
33) Terminator 2 (the last 3 on one night)

I'm pretty sure that's them all now.
