We just got the movie 'Up'. I know it's for kids, but it was actually really good.
We danced.

Up is great. The first 10 minutes nearly made my stiff upper lip wobble. Nearly.

Never dismiss Pixar films as merely "kid's" movies. They're all-age films. Up was beautifully done and, although fairly simple in terms of plot, easily one of their best efforts.
Animavore wrote: Not yet. Its a British film. Only came out here a couple of weeks ago. I shall be going to the cinema to watch it tomorrow.
They're calling it the British Death Wish.
Seems like it has some superficial similarities to Get Carter.
People think "queue" is just "q" followed by 4 silent letters.

But those letters are not silent.

They're just waiting their turn.

Julia & Julia. A really lovely movie with the amazing Meryl Streep. Her talent is genius, in my opinion. ( I couldn't resist posting these photos of her - they are so beautiful)

There's an opportunity for a good pun here using streptococcus but I can't figure out what that would be. :(

Currently watching the fantastic documentary about Harlan Ellison, Dreams with Sharp Teeth.

I realllllly want to own a copy of it. Highly recommended if you're an Ellison fan.

If you want to see something scary, see "The Experiment" (made in Germany, IIRC.) Humans are such sheep.
