How did it compare to the OG?

New season of Sweet Tooth.
People think "queue" is just "q" followed by 4 silent letters.

But those letters are not silent.

They're just waiting their turn.

They’re both good movies. Obviously being familiar with the concept from the first film diminishes the experience somewhat, but overall the second film is solid.

She's completely unknown here, but I really liked her. I found a few stand-up specials from her on Netflix or Amazon (can't remember which), and stuck them in my queue.

Segue from Vikings to Last Kingdom is fine.
The end of Vikings was well done despite some unevenness in the last couple of seasons.
Much preferred history to the Columbus discovery nonsense centuries later.

It is far easier to make sense of Last Kingdom after watch the entire Vikings series.

Killing Eve
This had been in my Netflix queue already, so after you mentioned it I started watching it. Sometimes the characters will do things that make zero sense, which annoys me. But it's still very, very good and I'm enjoying it.
I took a temporary break from Killing Eve, though, and began watching Troppo, which is also very good.

Yes, it can feel contrived, and I find it difficult to navigate when taken at face value. But I am treating it as a symbolic narrative, an art piece. It's really good. Obviously, otherwise we wouldn't be tempted to keep watching something so at odds with our expectations.

I mean really, Eve!

Lawrence of Arabia remastered 4k UHD - amazing for a 1962 movie. Will save it for later as too much light but wanted to see the quality and it does not disappoint,
I recall seeing the remaster in the last remaining 70mm theatre in Hamilton and was blown away by the quality.....felt I could reach into the screen and pick up a handful of sand. A full 70mm screen is still almost unbeatable. Of course David Lean photography is unmatched. :shiver:
