Seen it several times. Love it. What about about 12 ga pumps in the USMC in VN? Seems pretty unlikely to me. Very good up-close, but range, cycling rate and magazine capacity don't make it an ideal combat weapon. The lead in Dead Presidents allegedly used one as a recon unit.
