EDIT: This is a bac0n-dominant forum, btw. Some twit(s) will be along shortly to deny the glory of bac0n and try to corrupt you with lies about cheese. Ignore him/them. Bac0n has always been supreme here, but the silent majority were repressed there for a while. Now the truth is out and we don't have to hide any more.

Bac0n.

Although it may look like a forum, this site is actually a crowd-sourced science project modelling the slow but inexorable heat death of the universe.

Welcome to Ratz, Oblivion. Do they have cheese in nothingness? If so, a generous offering to the staff will do wonders to ease your passage into our community.

PS. Ignore any pleas for bacon from the lesser members. It is just some silly fad. :tea:

I'm lost without a multiquote button.

I'm also in NorCal. I live in the Bay Area. I remember this commercial they used to run about how great the area is. something about why 5 million people would all choose to live on an earthquake fault. They discontinued that commercial after the '89 quake.

I'm a fence-sitter. A bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on sourdough is a thing of beauty.

Also, I'm not so much from RD.net as an occasional lurker. I left IIDB after the great unpleasantness of 2007. I found a funny thread about evolution and statistics at RD.net.

Good, very good. I need to get into the National Archives at San Bruno. I'll be sleeping on your couch for a few weeks.
