Just back from a few days in Amsterdam as it happens. First time there - and what a find. A fabulous place to visit. Other than that trying hard to learn to live in the moment.

Nice to see familiar names are still hanging around here! Forums everywhere seem to be struggling in the face of the often vapid content on Facebook and Twitter. I use FB quite a lot but I am still unconvinced that one can say or read anything much of value with 140 characters.
