I like both, but if I had to choose it would definitely be tea. It is much more refreshing and can be drunk hot or ice cold- Sweet iced tea is a favorite beverage here in the South, where it gets swelteringly hot.(It got up to 104 F a couple days this past week.) In fact I am drinking some sweet iced tea as we speak.
