Hi Stront and welcome. I have never
engaged with you at Rat Skep but was
intrigued as to why it appears that there
you are apparently so unpopular. From quick
perusal it seems there are two reasons. You do
keep moving the goalposts and are very politically
incorrect. I am not passing judgement on you as I am
banned for life but was just curious as to why you ended
up being banned. Maybe you were in the wrong, maybe you
were not. But over here it is more friendly and with hardly any
mod activity at all or at least not of Rat Skep seriousness. But will
you be going back ? You do know that it is only for a week ? Someone
asked if you would start a thread about why you got banned when you go
back which I found funny. Some here do not like Rat Skep but I think there
is room for both forums. We are more relaxed and funny over here while as you
already know over there we are less relaxed and funny But there are some seriously
heavy debaters over here. I mean in terms of intellect not weight by the way, Anyway
whatever you decide to do after your ban and I think you should go back at least stay here
for a while. I have to go now and do some headbanging so I will catch you later man. Take care

I'm not Cromwell's biggest fan I must say.
So the fact that he was hung should cheer you up.

And I think he was quite the dick myself. Monomaniac.
No, Dick was the son who succeeded him as Lord Protector.

“I wish no harm to any human being, but I, as one man, am going to exercise my freedom of speech. No human being on the face of the earth, no government is going to take from me my right to speak, my right to protest against wrong, my right to do everything that is for the benefit of mankind. I am not here, then, as the accused; I am here as the accuser of capitalism dripping with blood from head to foot.”

Someone whose role encompasses the rights of a king, but who doesn't use that title.

What I've found with a few discussions I've had lately is this self-satisfaction that people express with their proffessed open mindedness. In realty it ammounts to wilful ignorance and intellectual cowardice as they are choosing to not form any sort of opinion on a particular topic. Basically "I don't know and I'm not going to look at any evidence because I'm quite happy on this fence."

What is "it"?
"It" is a scheme for unemployed people to get unpaid work experience placements. I had a few reservations about it, but I was openly supportive of it in principle, so I'm apparently scum and cancer and need to be shot.

Needless to say, the personal attack on me remains uncensured.
Bollocks with brass knobs on. Who are these unemployed people you talk about, are they the construction workers who work in all weathers and have lost their jobs, do they need work experience? Here's the new thread you wanted, Cunt

 I don't see why any splitting or merging would be needed (if that was implied) - AFAICS, this is an excellent, representative introduction to RatZ. Well, maybe a bit low on cheese, bacon and tits, but that can certainly be fixed?

Better to get out and do something, anything, rather than sit on one's hole.

A healthy person sitting at home and collecting free money when they could be doing something is taking the piss, no matter how well trained they are in a particular field.

Um, Cromwell died in his bed, folks. His corpse was dug up and hanged when the monarchy was restored two years later. The head was removed and is buried somewhere in the grounds of Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge - in a location that is known only to the Masters of that college, in order to prevent anyone else from having another go!
