Rational Skepticism was clamping down on the serious, thoughtful discussion, so I came here.

Seems I came to the wrong place, but I like it anyway.

I found your address scrawled on the wall above the urinal.

I find it a little bit sad that only 20% of those who responded came from TAF.

I liked the 100% of TAF. :(

You find it sad that the community is made up of people from different places/circumstances instead of being TAF2?

92% of all statistics are made up anyway.

Yes.

RDF Off Topic and TAF were absolutely brilliant. There was never a dull moment. It's just the natural comings and goings of forum life but there are some people I miss like Betty, OBC (oh yes), War Arrow, Rational Bess, Even Adam, Globe, MCJ, JasonK, Pauline, Millie, DBA, Alison, Mysturji (he's hardly ever about), weber134, Jain, Even Liam, Clouded Perception, Medgen...just a lot of names that mean a lot to me.

Of course there have been some lovely additions to this community like you Rachel but it's nowhere near as vibrant and fun as it was a few years ago - probably because we are doomed to repeat ourselves.

I think nostalgia is making you cling to something that never really was Dev. Yeah it was great, but there were downsides to all those times too.
