I've not heard of this before. Anyone know or have any ideas if it's true?

I'm not going to waste my precious bandwidth on what is clearly a piece of industrial-grade woo.

I presume this is what said video is about: http://www.pdtsigns.com/hirosh.html

Not to mention that there were huge numbers of Catholics killed at Nagasaki. And Nagasaki was not even the primary target for Fat Man. Where was God then?

Besides that video and the link Kev posted I see almost nothing on the net about the 'Hiroshima 8'.
I even looked up the priests involved (it doesn't even mention all of the supposed 8) and found nothing in their bios about surviving nuclear blasts under extraordinary circumstances although they were there at the time.

For fuck sake. This is part 42 of a 42 part series about the Catholic church being a force for evil in the world. And I don't mean the normal kind I mean the satanic cult kind.

I once read about a guy who was at Hiroshima when the bomb fell. He was a military man and was ordered to take his unit to a safe location. Nagasaki.

If there was anything extraordinary, you can be sure it would be mentioned elsewhere. As wolfréalt pointed out, lots of people survived by being behind thick walls - some of them very close to the hypo-centre.

 I was wondering how long it would take you to notice that. Maybe the nutters who put this series together were happy to see so many Catholics nuked at Nagasaki. Who knows? :dono:

I wonder is there an episode about how Catholic countries have dominated the World Cup? :eddy:

That rings a bell. He must be the one person who survived both bombs.

Yep. Some doubt about his story in the '60s, but he's since checked out. Sucks to be him. One of the few, if not the only, people to be A-bombed twice. :twitch:

In this episode they try to say that Catholicism sprang from the Satanic cult of Buddhism in what I can only describe as the biggest non sequitur ever.

If you don't want to watch it I still recommend listening to the music because it is shit cool.

:hehe: I think they used that music to make it sound creepy but I think its brill. I'm listening to it again. Maybe they do have a point about the whole Buddhist thin. It reminds me of this.

In fact. I've now got both musics running on top of each other for extra cacophonous evil.

It reminds me of a story about a couple who searched long and hard during the 1970's to find a place that was so out of the way that they would be safe in the event of a major conflict breaking out.

So they decided to emigrate to the Falkland Islands.
