That's private property, so a different thing.

Here moped owners wearing a helmet have to hand in the helmet before filling. The light moped riders have to hand their keys before filling. Too many ride off without paying.

There is a difference between public space and private space. Because you cannot avoid public space, restrictions there are more severe for you because they will affect you while restrictions on private space can be avoided by not going there.

A major discussion is because there is a tendency that some private spaces become unavoidable. For example, when there are huge malls where the paths between the shops are privately own by the mall operator and sometimes you cannot even avoid crossing the mall when you want to cross a town without having to make huge detours, one can argue that even those private space should be limited in what restrictions can be placed on the public using it.

Dutch moped riders are the best moped riders at stealing fuel.

Based on the sound they make. Brommers brom. Snorfiets snort.

BBC
Jacob Rees-Mogg: Boris Johnson burka probe is 'show trial'
A Conservative Party investigation into Boris Johnson is a "show trial" and is being used to stop him becoming leader, Jacob Rees-Mogg has claimed.
Writing in the Daily Telegraph, the Tory backbencher blamed Theresa May's "personal rivalry" with Mr Johnson for "taking the heat off Labour".
A Downing Street source told the BBC the investigation was "not about individuals or personalities".
Mr Johnson said women in burkas looked like "letter boxes" or "bank robbers".
His remarks - in a Daily Telegraph column last week - have been called Islamophobic and the Tory Party has received dozens of complaints.
The former foreign secretary, who argued against a ban on full-face veils, has rejected calls to apologise.
Mr Rees-Mogg said it was "hard to see" how Mr Johnson had breached the party's code.
The Downing Street source said the party is compelled to investigate any complaint.
All these idiots jumping up & down about Islam and Islamophobia are ignorant. Burka & Niqab are words that do not even appear in the Koran - according to Queen Rania. So there cannot be any 'official' Islamic connection.
It's all a media and political scam.

But if he wore a Burka or Niqab he wouldn't have to breath in all those fumes straight out of the exhausts.

Or the Hadiths. It is purely cultural. Like not wearing them in Europe is in our culture. There is an extremist part the muslim world where wearing them has become a statement of muslimhood.

Here the logical ban on all face coverings in public buildings and public transport I think is the right move. I have only seen a niqab once here worn by a Dutch woman who had converted to islam and that was many years ago. Never seen a burqa. Another reason we have primarily Turkish and Moroccan cultures here where face coverings is not common.

Church bells don't appear in the Bible. Nor does lent before Easter or decorated Christmas trees.

Exactly. It's all 'cultural appropriation' dressed-up to be 'part of a religion' so that the religion can have a say, as part of their power structure, if the culture is interfered with or criticised. It's all about control.
