world changing Prophecies
You say something, clown?
No.
I was laughing at "world changing Prophecies". Prophecies are not supposed to change the world, you know? They are supposed to prophesy what is going to happen.

No need to thank me for explaining the meaning of 'prophesy' to you. You're welcome.

I know some of you are acting all tough now that you got the vaccine. It won't last long.
Look Dennis, when I was about eleven years old I realised that I will die one day. I cried because I did not want to die, but I knew there was nothing I could do about the fact that I will. Now, at almost 68 years of age, I am a lot closer to the day I will die than the day I realised that I will. A lot closer. I still don't want to die, especially not in a slow and painful way, but nothing that comes after I die scares me. In the short run my body will return to earth in some form or another. In the long run it will become stardust. I won't be around for any of that. Once my brain has terminally shut down I will have ceased to exist.

I'm not going to argue with you since you don't believe in Prophecies anyways. But the Revelation and the action work simultaneously.

The vaccine hasn't changed much about what we find believable Dennis. Without science we'd still be drowning the mental unstable for possession, assuming women were in league with Satan if they resisted sexual predation, and accusing our neighbours of witchcraft when flooding washed our crops away.

We dont Dennis but theists do. These debates are useless but so is religion. Anyway it is not a debate but just a useless discussion. A debate has structure. Your rumblings are just that rumblings without any structure or evidence. Like talking in the room of ignorance.

Marcuse has a simple answer.

Repress them...

The photo is from 1990. It was made for the promotion of the "World in my eyes" single. There a lots of photos showing them making that hand gesture in front of lots of different iconic sites.

Oh, now it's Revelation? That one Bible guy's nightmare? Only good for Dante's play.

You live in a constant illusion. The event never happened.

No more scourging of atheists these days, at least in civilised lands. (I know that disappoints you...)

The churches are now toothless tigers. At least vicars can plan Sunday tea parties, so that's all good... :tea:
Nurse, where the fuck's my cardigan?
And my gin!
