JWs turned up. Their discussing armegeddon with the wife. Hilarious. Like she's talking to them about the gas bill.

I do think they are spot on about the camp being surrounded by injuns and without the cavalry we are likely to have a very bad day soon on this world. Unlike them I don't see any evidence for the cavalry coming to save us.

I had them round yesterday. Offered me a leaflet but I said no, the strange thing is the woman is the mother of a friend of my daughter, she went bad a few years ago. Once she got the god stuff out of the way she started to try to have a normal conversation.
She's been to the house several times, to collect her daugther but also to do the proselytism bit before too. You'd think the first thing you'd say is 'Oh Hai, it's me' rather than launch straight into the god spiel.
I wonder if we're on her list?
Her daughter remains atheist though.
