Crumples Psychic Shock Hypothesis
My idea here is that in certain unique circumstances such as peak oil or the oil/coal turnover episode in the last century certain individuals are ranked with exceeding status because of their narrow hyper-minimalised views and given such priority that they become pivotal actors in history ie Stalin or Hitler or other major league delayers of human social progress? These actors can propel a society far away from its progressive roots?

Hitler and Stalin = operated in quite different environments, and with quite different personal dynamics.
And this really belongs in History.

Re: Crumples Psychic Shock Hypothesis
Crumple thinks he has discovered something special and likes to poop on everyone else's party. What Crumple seems not to realise is that wiser people than he have looked into the same abyss and party anyway.
But then Crumple is 'special' and no doubt has special needs.

You are living in a world system that soon will no longer exist. You are a deranged dreamer to believe this 'system' will continue very much longer without falling to the ground in a vast global heap of junk. Rum, you are a man of insight, I acknowledge that - now look beyond Crumple and see what people with real power are doing with regards serious global issues, serious local issues?Rum wrote:Crumple thinks he has discovered something special and likes to poop on everyone else's party. Fuck off you idiot.
Look guys I'm under stress what with a house in turmoil (builders) and an auntie on her deathbed, and given that Crumple puts all that stuff into perspective for us I think my personal abuse pales into insignificance compared to his grand and hopefully forgiving vision.
If it doesn't then apologies to the forum and mods.

Re: Crumples Psychic Shock Hypothesis
We don't decide our times - the greatest realisation is that, I lost my mother not two months ago, it is life. I don't normally hang my sorrows out in public, it is not the way around these parts. All things pass. I'm a idiot, but a selective one. You are not the quarry Rum. The system is.Rum wrote:Fuck off you idiot.

Re: Crumples Psychic Shock Hypothesis
I laughed out loud at your last post.
Because of the person you appear to be on here you are the only foe I have on the forum and therefore have to actively view your posts. I am not going to respond any further, though I have to a admit to being tempted by the prospect of initiating a bit of somewhat lacking drama here these days.
Now go away and enjoy what you clearly think is your unique perspective on the world you sad sod.
