A religion that just recently become officially recognized in Sweden holds CTRL+C and CTLR+V as sacred symbols.
According to TorrentFreak, the Church of Kopimism considers copying and file sharing a sacred act. The church leaders have been trying to get recognized by the country since 2010.

I would join but I hate religion too much. Even beneficial ones. Which is why I'm not a Mormon either.

So we're supporting religion by running the Ctrl-V thread here?

Although the formal status of the Church doesn’t mean that copyright infringement is now permitted, the Church’s founder hopes that their beliefs will be considered in future lawmaking.
How typical. The religion was born out of a desire to steal from other people. Same as always...

Atheists aren't a religion.
Atheists qualify under many definitions though. You have to have the big red capital letter or it's just a bunch of non-believers posting bollocks.

What I've found with a few discussions I've had lately is this self-satisfaction that people express with their proffessed open mindedness. In realty it ammounts to wilful ignorance and intellectual cowardice as they are choosing to not form any sort of opinion on a particular topic. Basically "I don't know and I'm not going to look at any evidence because I'm quite happy on this fence."

The Net is best considered analogous to communication with disincarnate intelligences. As any neophyte would tell you. Do not invoke that which you have no facility to banish.

Well, that could be one convention, but not all religious Atheists belong to the
Atheist sect. I imagine there are all sorts of sects of religious atheism.
