Don't have to lie to my kids about death and such stuff.
Don't need to feel ashamed every time some gutless bishop/imam/rabbi/whatever fails to confront a "traditionally religious" person, frothing at the mouth about how someone else should or should not fuck/eat/dress/whatever.
More time for actually interesting reading, talking and thinking when pondering over religious texts takes none of my time.
