Well, if The OP is meant as a joke, then ADVOCATING GENOCIDE IS NOT FUNNY.

Oh this is no joke. The OP is deadly serious.
In the best laid plans of history lie the ruins of the past
And a chronicle of suffering shows the mythic pall they cast
To believe is true religion, but to see is truth at last
Oh no, too late to hold a trial, time doesn't wait for the watchmaker's dial

@Papa and the rest of you sick fucks here:

You shouldn't say things like what you've been saying because it upsets Stein. It upset him so much that he had to post a link http://www.rationalskepticism.org/gener ... ml#p783220 over where I normally hang out.

I guess that you people don't realize that you represent all of atheism, and the whole world is watching.

I have to admit to being a bit upset with this thread myself because Blue Cheese and Bacon is so unimaginative. If that is all you have you all should be shot.

Derby Sage is where it's at. No bacon necessary, just some crusty bread and a cold crisp glass bottle of white wine.

I started this thread a few years ago on RDF and a load of anally retentive, irony-blind stick-in-the-muds took me seriously. They always had a real problem with threads that were half-serious/half-ridiculous. That's why I retreated to the safety of OT, I was sick of being shouted down for joking about something.

Anyway, if all the world's athiests agreed to my plan I'd definitely do it. OK, the murder of just under 6 billion people would be a great evil... the greatest evil. But fuck it, the world would be a much better place afterwards. :tea:

Plus it would buy the rest of us a few extra years worth of resources, and we could loot some cool shit.

Indeed. It would be even better than a zombie apocalypse, because we would still have the internet and stuff.

Idk... maybe they'd get the message after all the theists were piled 10 feet high in the street.

You realise that this wouldn't achieve anything besides a much needed reduction of the human population, don't you? Religiosity breeds in the dark, fed by ignorance, which is a renewable resource. And ignorance is essential in societies that require people to pick up our garbage at four in the morning using trucks that smell of rotting vegetables, or say "would you like fries with that"?

Or fill shelves in a supermarket? Yes, that's the level of ignorance society requires. :ddpan:
