You know something by receiving information into your brain about a particular phenomenon. Not knowing is just "not receiving information" about a particular phenomenon.

We start out not knowing anything at all. That's how we don't know it.

The brain functions like an antenna. We don't think with the brain, we think via the brain. The brain / mind & body are the computer, our consciousness is the operator.

There is no "we" outside of our brain and body - at least there isn't any that anyone can demonstrate. There is no known consciousness outside of the brain. When your brain dies, your consciousness is gone, as far as anyone can tell.

You can just make up shit if you want, but you have as much basis for saying there is a consciousness outside of the brain that is the operator of the brain as I would have for saying that the consciousness of which you speak has a separate super-consciousness that operates through the consciousness to get to the brain. It's just made up, without any basis in fact.
