He's a stone whacko who claims to have seen important people momentarily revert to their true forms, that being Reptilian Overlords from some alien planet. I don't know if that's delusional, but it will do until a real case comes along.

Just posted this on my friends FB page after he posted the Icke video:

The thing about Icke is that he's following the pattern set by every religious prophet in the past: He starts with a "revelation" given to him in a remote location (the top of a mountain in Peru), one that only he can verify and then expects everyone else to take it on faith.

The next step is to issue statements the everyone agrees with... "banks, governments and corporations are corrupt. The world is in a mess"... no shit Sherlock, we already know that!

Then onto half truths and misrepresentations: "everything isn't what we think it is, it's all an illusion"... our subjective experience is a crude representaion of reality, but this doesn't mean it's all illusion. We may only directly experience a small percentage of the real world but what we do percieve is real.

Once he's hooked his audience to this level we then get the punchline: Shape-shifting reptilians, conspiracies and hollow moon theory.

This is done by wearing his audience down with overstated pessimism and then offering himself up as a saviour of the downtrodden. It's a propaganda trick has been performed for thousands of years and is no different to all the established religions current ly screwing up the world.

David Icke is no different and can't be trusted
