Reach out? Or reach around?

People think "queue" is just "q" followed by 4 silent letters.
But those letters are not silent.
They're just waiting their turn.

Everyone up here also thinks the Pope is a Cunt.
As was the last one. (should have seen the look on his face when we greeted him all dressed up as members of YMCA
.....nearly as priceless as when he found out he was going to spend eternity being buggered by a Gorilla

Or maybe you have something else planned.

What I've found with a few discussions I've had lately is this self-satisfaction that people express with their proffessed open mindedness. In realty it ammounts to wilful ignorance and intellectual cowardice as they are choosing to not form any sort of opinion on a particular topic. Basically "I don't know and I'm not going to look at any evidence because I'm quite happy on this fence."

By reaching out, they mean "convert," lest we burn in hell for the enjoyment of the saved who will look down upon our tormented souls with glee as part of their eternal reward.....

Re: Vatican To Reach out to Atheists
The Catholic Church is quite clear about what it consideres the 'proper' thinking on atheism and atheists, and on what that 'really' represents....
This conference will simply reinforce the established, 'correct' view and plead for special conditions which atheists must apply to their views on the Church. What the Church seeks is a state of affairs where atheists and other secularist can be considered inappropriate parties to have or express any opinions, criticism or challenges on anything to do with Catholicism as a belief-set or as an institution.
(The sections after this deal with agnosticism).Catechism Of The Catholic Church wrote:Atheism
2123 "Many . . . of our contemporaries either do not at all perceive, or explicitly reject, this intimate and vital bond of man to God. Atheism must therefore be regarded as one of the most serious problems of our time."
2124 The name "atheism" covers many very different phenomena. One common form is the practical materialism which restricts its needs and aspirations to space and time. Atheistic humanism falsely considers man to be "an end to himself, and the sole maker, with supreme control, of his own history."59 Another form of contemporary atheism looks for the liberation of man through economic and social liberation. "It holds that religion, of its very nature, thwarts such emancipation by raising man's hopes in a future life, thus both deceiving him and discouraging him from working for a better form of life on earth."
2125 Since it rejects or denies the existence of God, atheism is a sin against the virtue of religion. The imputability of this offense can be significantly diminished in virtue of the intentions and the circumstances. "Believers can have more than a little to do with the rise of atheism. To the extent that they are careless about their instruction in the faith, or present its teaching falsely, or even fail in their religious, moral, or social life, they must be said to conceal rather than to reveal the true nature of God and of religion.
2126 Atheism is often based on a false conception of human autonomy, exaggerated to the point of refusing any dependence on God. Yet, "to acknowledge God is in no way to oppose the dignity of man, since such dignity is grounded and brought to perfection in God. . . . " "For the Church knows full well that her message is in harmony with the most secret desires of the human heart.'

To me this is the most EVIL of all statement.
How fucking dare they take what is innately human, that is the desire to workto make a better society , work to aleviate suffering, work to help others all through our love of mankind, work to create beauty, and making it a uniquely christian attribute.thus both deceiving him and discouraging him from working for a better form of life on earth
Further, it sets up a context in which the church can take all credit for all good works.
