No miracle has ever been confirmed and never will be until an independant organisation is able to assess them under controlled conditions.
I think he's looking for "most commonly accepted as being real" type stuff. The ones the religious like to trot out as "proof of divine intervention", etc.
gawdzilla is right; even though all magical claims have extremely poor supporting evidence, I'm looking for those that are best supported.
What are you going to do with them?

Mass hysteria is massive.

Actually, it's more likely that the vast majority only claimed to have seen it rather than mass hysteria, and that at best it was one nutjob who got the attention of those in authority.

I wasn't there.

And yes, I only recently heard of the Fatima thing (and the sun bit not at all.)

I was part of a group hallucination event as a kid of about 12. It's weird, you do actually see things that appear to be objectively there. Eye witness accounts mean pretty much diddley squat when it comes to testimony, especially of miraculous events. Some occultists at the saner end of the spectrum will even openly admit that any “magickal” event takes place only within the imagination and not within objective reality.

Sort of... more that there are ways and means of tripping balls without drugs: i.e. isolation, sleep deprivation, fasting, repetitive behaviour (such as chanting or ritual), hyperventilation, sex, and holding the body in stress positions. If you can't see the event you simply haven't got out off your gourd enough.

You're confusing 'tripping balls' with 'insanity'.

Yeah, you're right. More time for me on the insanity side, I think.

There was a time in my life when I thought "Are you fuckin' INSANE!?" was a common greeting.
