As for my atheism - you have no idea how I got to that point in my life - and that is my own personal business which I have no intention of sharing. I will say that I am as convinced as I can be within the limitations of empiricism that there is no god. I have very little doubt about this view, though as a rational thinker I know I can't be 100% certain. There is, you see, no evidence for one. No SCIENTIFIC evidence or proof that is for sure.
