Georgia pastor plans prayer gathering at gas pumps
DUBLIN, Ga. — Members of a central Georgia church plan to gather at gas pumps to pray for lower prices.
WMAZ-TV reports the Beacon of Light Christian Center is planning the Saturday prayer gathering at gas pumps outside a Kroger grocery store in Dublin.
Pastor Marshall Mabry said he believes that if church members come together and pray as a community, they can make something happen.
Mabry said that with prices reaching almost $4, he says he plans to ask God for help.
He said it's the third time members of his congregation have met at gas pumps to pray.

They'll just keep on praying, and then when the price does drop, they will attribute it to their prayers. So, what's new?

How about $4.53 a gallon, which is what I just paid? I keep on putting only a few gallons in, instead of filling it up like I usually do, in the hope that the prices will drop.

Nah, yer both wrong. U.S. gallon is 3.8 liters so £1.3 * 3.8 = £4.94/U.S. gallon * 1.6345 = $8.07443.

Anyway, I just paid 3.89 for mid-grade and I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore.
