New Muslim Bus Campaign Strikes UK

An advertising campaign to tackle Islamophobia has been unveiled on buses across the UK.

Vehicles in several cities will carry the message "Muslims for loyalty, peace and freedom" in an attempt to challenge negative stereotypes of the faith.

The Ahmadiyya Muslim Association, the group behind the campaign, said it hoped it would educate people about Islam and remove misconceptions.

But some Muslim groups have criticised the campaign as "unrealistic".

The campaign, which began on 26 March, will see almost 100 buses in London and 60 in Glasgow display the poster for four to eight weeks.

It will then be rolled out to other cities including Leicester, Birmingham, Leeds, Yorkshire and Bradford over the next six months.

Volunteers will also distribute leaflets door-to-door throughout the UK explaining the peaceful and positive principles of the faith.

This sort of bollocks is just passive-aggressive bullying. They hope to "educate people about Islam and remove misconceptions" because if you don't think Islam is as good as sucking on God's cock it is because you don't know enough about it, because you have 'misconceptions' or 'negative stereotypes'. Shitters like this always say that negative perceptions of their Faith are caused by ignorance or misunderstanding, it doesn't occur to them that negative perceptions are caused by knowledge of their faith and experience of it's adherents.

If they don't start by acknowledging this they can get fucked.

Besides Ahmadiyyas are regarded as heretics by mainstream muslims and they are banned in Pakistan and often murdered, so, what if the Sunni muslims had the word of God correct and instead of listening to these heretics we should stone them instead?

Loyalty? To whom? And what would win out if loyalty to country and religion were in conflict?

Peace? Here or abroad? And if 'both' which is the more important when it comes to the crunch?

So, to my heretic risk assessment - that means these buses are less likely to get blown up (or stoned or set on fire) by these Muslims. But are now more likely (a racing certainty?) to attract inter-Muslim conflict.......and that somehow it will be all my fault

The good news is they won't blow the buses up themselves whilst the bad news is they could attract other kinds of muslim who may go to extremes in a display of displeasure. It won't make much difference when your picking your arm and foot off the pavement after what ever happens happens will it?
