Quite simply, if you find guys attractive anytime then you're probably at least bi and not believing that someone else can be completely hetero enforces that idea since you're subjectively basing that premise on your feelings and can't understand that other people may simply not feel the same way about men as you do.

When it becomes normative for all sexual orientations then people may start to realize that it's really not much of a choice.

In any event, I look forward to to the day when there is no discrimination based on sexual orientation, when such discrimination is illegal at a Federal level as discrimination on the basis of sex is, when gays can serve openly in the military, when the most recent instance of gay-bashing seems like ancient history, when no rights or privileges are denied on the basis of sexual orientation. Part of this is because I think discrimination is both unfair and stupid, but part is because with rights and privileges come normative bullshit, and I'll be laughing my ass off.

I just hope I live long enough. The same process has completed with middle-class women over my life so far. With gays, it's only gotten to about the point that middle-class women got to around 1975. Things are going to be extremely amusing over the next few decades.

I've been an atheist for 3 or 4 years now, and I find that majority of atheists are either ardent supporters of homosexuality, are homosexuals themselves or don't really care much. In all my years I have found only a hand full of atheists who have had any objection to homosexuality. Why is there a lack of objection to homosexuality within the atheist community?

Also, why are some homosexuals proud of being homosexual? It makes no sense to me, it makes about much sense to me as a disabled person being proud of being disabled.

The point is I am comfortable with my sexuality so I can see some guys and think to myself "wow he looks pretty nice" that does not mean I am gay or I want his penis in me or whatever gays do. I'm sorry Idle but I find it very hard to believe that you aren't trolling in this instance, you are so clearly trying to cause a reaction with your "I'm not gay but have watched gay porn, masturbated while thinking about men and fondled men" (paraphrased of course) that I really doubt your sincerity.

By the sounds of it (if you were being sincere) you do seem attracted to men, there's nothing wrong with that but to assume that in the absence of women every man would "fondle around" with other men is a bit of a leap.

I'm also slightly bemused by your closing comment. It's almost as if you are saying "thank goodness there are plenty of women to conquer, otherwise I wouldn't be able to stop myself from sucking cocks left right and centre"
