We will fuck things up - with or without religion. But I would rate our chances of fucking things up less spectacularly and later in time without religion. But when that is gone we will find some other excuse to be twats and to hate each other.

+1I have no hopes that humankind will sort itself out .... and we are stuck on this planet, not going to be living on Mars and colonising other systems .
