'Sorry, I got carried away' spiritual healer allegedly told naked patient

George Boak, 70, told his clients that his treatments worked by hovering his hands above their body and occasionally touching them - but two allege that he put his hands under their clothes and touched them inappropriately.
Another former patient, who agreed to be naked in the healing sessions when she was told it would be more effective, alleges Mr Boak groped her and kissed her breasts, before saying: "Sorry, I got carried away".
The healer denies two counts of sexual assault and one of indecent assault - admitting that he did touch one of the women but thought she was consenting, the jury at Bradford Crown Court heard.
He denies touching the other two women in the manner alleged.
Michael Smith, prosecuting, told the jury: "The defendant operated as a healer. The crown say the counts were committed against three women when they were the defendant's patients.

(continued, the healing touch) :coffee:

Can't be worse than the beautician who was telling his clients that semen cleared up acne, but only if applied fresh and from someone on a "special" (and undisclosed) diet.

It's a bit fucked-up that he can be prosecuted for touching a woman's breast but not for taking money under the false claim that he was able to heal her through hovering his hands over her!

Why can't these people make their minds up?
They act like gullible morons, by going to faith healers, but then don't believe his perfectly credible explanations for accidentally touching them up.

I mean, just look at him. Does he look like a molester? Does he look like a healer? Do molesters look like healers? Most healers look like molesters. But is that good enough evidence for a court case? I think so.
