Baptists beleive in Jesus having literal half siblings, but I'm not sure how common a belief that is with other Christian denominations. Sometimes the same word for brother / sister also referred to first cousins.
A rational skeptic should be able to discuss and debate anything, no matter how much they may personally disagree with that point of view. Discussing a subject is not agreeing with it, but understanding it.
