I think the problems began when they started making Satan cool in films. I think now a days he's gone fron invisible fear to visible coolness.

I don't know about all types of Christianity but he is alive and well for evangelicals. Him and all his minions are doing stuff like making knees hurt and stopping cars from starting in the cold and stuff :demon:
