This story was one of a few on CBC radio a couple of days ago in the context of what's online and how it can be used against you (hence "news"), though it happened in 2007. According to the interview, this psychotherapist has sometimes helped drug users and twice tried LSD - 35 and 42 years ago (this Wired magazine link differs a bit) and he wrote his experiences up in a journal in 2001. Long story short, he was randomly pulled out of line on his way from Vancouver to Seattle and a border guard Googled his name, finding the Journal paper. Though LSD is not a narcotic and other factors seemed to be at play (research?), he was banned then and there due to "narcotics" use and remains so today. His kids have lived in the States for years and he also used to attend conferences.
I offer this partly in case people might write something here or elsewhere that could possibly bite later on, even with generally obscure user names (likely not a huge problem for Homeland Security and friends to tackle, if they haven't already).

Very stupid, small-minded and annoying.
As for me, given that I will never leave Australia (except perhaps for a genteel sea cruise to NZ), I will not be affected.
So, Mr American fascist border guard, I have sampled most of the drugs known to mankind, quite happily, until I finally settled on gin...
