That's Rum's part of the country. I reckon it's reptilians - lot of them around there - they like the climate.

Actually, there have been 2 places in Victoria where that has happened to me. A mechanic I called said it had happened to other cars on the same street, and blamed it on electromagnetic interference of a local radio tower.

It happened in, IIRC, NYC once. They replaced the underground electrical transmission wires and the problem went away.
