Biden's NASA wasting billions to go to the moon
(Musk's little rockets won't go that far.)

Trump would have put a casino on the moon by now! It might just be Musk and Besos playing poker in a little hut, though.

Do you think it will actually happen? Forgiving former presidents for their misdemeanours seems to be a thing in the US. Got to think of bipartisanship.
I tend to doubt that the US Attorney General, circumspect to fault, is going to do anything. It would be a pleasant surprise if he did. The Fulton County District Attorney Willis (Atlanta, Georgia) on the other hand may prosecute the former president for his blatant attempt to pressure the Georgia Secretary of State to 'find' 11,780 votes (another PERFECT phone call). If she does, it could very well produce results.

The state case appears a lot stronger than the federal case.

Trump was relentless in December. He tweeted the personal phone numbers of election officials all over the country. One got 4000 text messages following the tweet. Officials had to unplug house phones.

If the GOP had put in interrogators to defend trump in the committee, even they would have had a hard time trying to "explain" Trump harassing two election workers over and over. Sen people to her house. They were relocated for two months.

You underestimate their abilities I think. They would be shouting about that squirrel over there, and screaming about the injustice being done to the rightful president and to themselves when the committee chair was inevitably required to rein them in. For starters.

They would give short shrift to the traitorous election workers and proceed promptly to the real business of active obstruction. Jim 'I didn't see anything' Jordan is no slouch in that department.

Christians supporting republicans who fucked a lot of women:
But there’s more to this picture.

Republicans have long equated a rugged masculine strength with successful political leadership. This ideal of conservative masculinity, or at least its current manifestation, can be traced back to the 1960s when conservatives accused feminists and antiwar activists of redefining traditional manhood in a way that left families and the nation at risk. This masculine ideal was both personal and political. Men needed to be good fathers and strong fighters, and in this way, “traditional” masculinity ensured both order and security.
Within American conservatism, rugged White men are often seen to embody this masculine ideal, but Black men who support Republican social and political values can also be seen as champions of traditional American manhood. As a social conservative, Republican loyalist, and former football star, Walker was in many ways perfectly positioned to step into this role. He boasted of his business prowess and talked frequently about the problem of absentee fathers.

Trump should keep his predecessor's advice in mind. :coffee:
