What a childish remark but that has to be expected from you. Lost all the arguments so just post dribble.Hermit wrote: ↑Sat May 30, 2020 8:18 pmScott is using the same arguments the tobacco industry used to challenge the notion that smoking is harmful. E.g: Cigarettes don't kill people. Lung cancer does that. How do you know uncle Harry would not have got lung cancer if he were not a smoker? Granny May never smoked in her life, and she died from it too. Check mate, anti-smoking activists.

Spain becomes latest country to say UK arrivals may face restrictions as continent reopens
Britain’s inbound travel restrictions and high coronavirus infection rate mean that as Europe reopens for continental travellers, visitors from the UK risk being shut out, with Spain the latest country to say arrivals may face quarantine.
Spain’s foreign minister, Arancha González Laya, said on Tuesday the country was considering a 14-day self-isolation requirement for all visitors from the UK when it reopens its borders to EU and Schengen area travellers on Sunday.
The measure was in response to Britain’s decision to require all international arrivals to self-isolate for 14 days, González Laya said. “We will be checking what the UK will be doing … to see whether or not we should be introducing reciprocity,” she said on the BBC’s Hardtalk programme.

The islands are opening back up. Flights between Florida and the Caribbean are running and borders are open for cruisers. Not that there's a lot of cruisers, this is the off season.
Yeah well that's just, like, your opinion, man.

Some Australian State borders are still closed. Unfortunately, our state (Victoria) has had a bit of a Covid-19 spike (21 cases in a single day) and other states are treating us as lepers!
Particularly South Australia! I'm looking at you, Hermit!

21 cases? Amateurs! 650 cases in a single meat factory on a single day in Germany!

Heh. First new case in three weeks reported in Adelaide today. Arrived from Victoria.
15 of the 21 in Victoria are imports. Returned, quarantined travellers. From NSW and Qld, probably. Bloody foreigners.
Nationally we're doing reasonably well despite the uptick.

This what one town council did with a favourite picnic spot.
They drew circles 1½ metres apart and being Dutch the majority stuck to them but a minority did not.

It would be very useful if the ants stuck to them as well.
