Court cited no constitutional principle. They just said congress would need to pass a law for OSHA to act in pandemics.

You don't have to vaccinate all kids. Just the ones you want to keep.

County:
Health Director Pat Lopez said omicron is now the predominant strain of COVID-19 in Nebraska and is causing COVID-19 case numbers locally to increase at unprecedented levels. The number of new weekly cases in Lancaster County hit an all-time high of almost 2,900 last week, and cases this week are already over 3,000 with two days left to go. Lopez said 1,013 cases of COVID were reported Friday, a new daily high.

The local positivity rate so far this week is now 27.2%, also the highest on recent record. So far this month, 17 residents have died from COVID-19.

Talking of quackery...
Four inmates at an Arkansas jail have filed a lawsuit against the facility and its doctor after they said they were unknowingly prescribed ivermectin to treat Covid-19 as a form of “medical experimentation” despite US health officials warning that the anti-parasitic drug should not be used for that purpose.

The Arkansas’ chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union filed the lawsuit on behalf of the men last week against Washington county jail, Washington county sheriff Tim Helder and jail physician Dr. Robert Karas. Last August, Helder revealed that the drug had been prescribed to patients with Covid-19.

“The lawsuit charges the defendants for administering ivermectin to incarcerated individuals without prior informed consent as to the nature, contents, or potential side effects of the drug,” the ACLU said in a statement last week...

The Deep State is following our thermometers. Those that turned on the thermometer and used it were monitored. About 4% had fever.

Researchers have determined that a cheap and widely available blood-thinning drug can be used to treat COVID-19 patients by improving their breathing.

The research findings, published today in the British Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and co-authored by scientists from the Australian National University and King's College in London, are based on a clinical trial that used heparin to treat 98 patients diagnosed with COVID-19.

The trial found that breathing and oxygen levels improved in 70 per cent of the patients after they inhaled a course of heparin, and their symptoms improved.

"What we found was that this drug also works against COVID-19 by stopping the virus from entering the cells in the lungs," study co-author Professor Frank van Haren from the ANU said.

"If it is as effective as our early results suggest, it could have a major impact in our fight against COVID."
