The ATAD (Anti-Tax Avoidance Directive)

the 5AMLD (The Anti-Money Laundering Directive)
are Directives that attempt to curb certain money operations by countries and individuals that are designed to evade paying tax or to conceal the proceeds of criminal activities.

The problem is that it is easy for the ultra rich to create trusts and corporations that are offshore and as far as the tax returns are concerned make losses.
