How would I know? I've never been there. And it does of course depend on what you mean by the term. Am I racist because I notice a person's skin colour (if they are not white) as soon as I meet them, for example? Given the low percentage of people from other ethnic backgrounds in the far north of England that would not be surprising. If I lived in, say, London, it would be a different matter...anyway, you get the point.

I seldom hear Dutch spoken in the trams or on streets these days. We have every colour of brown. Every sort of headscarf but no veils or face coverings. It does not bother me. They come into pubs these days. These are the bigger more open cafes. They dont drink alcohol but they wear their headscarves.
