Scot we're far from there. We spend a lot of time up on the panhandle and were planning on moving the boat up there this last summer, but luckily I procrastinated. Almost sold everything here and bought up on St. George Island last year, but at the last minute decided to wait another year.
This is what's left of the marina in Port St. Joe, we were going to move Pegasus either there or to Carrabelle, which is about 40 miles east. Those used to be docks. The one boat left floating is a Nordhavn 35, which is my dream boat.

After seeing the pictures of Mexico Beach and Panama City - yeah, storm of the century isn't nearly descriptive enough. It's complete devastation at ground zero. Mexico Beach was annihilated, it's hard to credit how anyone who stayed survived. St. George will be OK, they escaped the wind damage but everything flooded. All the marinas and boats are matchsticks. Ma Nature can be one mean bitch.
