An Australian couple exchanged their vows just feet from the exchange counter at their local Costco wholesale store on Saturday.

“I’d say it was the most romantic thing to happen in the tire center,” Berkeley, a teacher's aide, told TODAY. “We just love Costco, it’s our favorite place to be, we go there all the time."

That was on our news a while back. Was a very inexpensive option for them...

Indeed, foot long dog, soda and pastry for less than 5 bucks. Plus they probably sell enormous box wines.
Still, it's a bit awkward for so many reasons eh?

Too many young couples beggar themselves and/or their parents with ludicrously expensive weddings...

It's not like the choices are Costco or an expensive wedding. You're not being kind of weird about this because it was in Australia are you?
If this was an all American Walmart wedding the jokes would've come out by now -surely...

My eldest son is planning to get married next year. It certainly won't be Costco, most likely a winery somewhere in Victoria...

You've obviously never been to Costco on a weekend. --your cause can't compete with free samples

Common citizenship.
It's not particularly logical, but I must admit to similar failures, such as when "we" voted the conservative coalition with Tony Abbott as its leader into government, though I certainly did not vote for any of the bastards. Like it or not, this sort of thing rubs off. Even more embarrassing is the support Pauline Hanson gets from too many of my compatriots.
