Told ya. Marxism's economic perspective and assumptions are fundamentally classical. Putting a different hat on the goat doesn't change the fact that it's still a goat... in a hat.
That is true. The problem is that Capitalism as it was in Marx's day is not the goat it is today.

The large Corporations that rule us today are not the result of some individual accumulation of the control of the MOP.

Might be worth starting a fresh thread? Certainly something I'd like to find out more about (as neither a cyclist or a carist).

It is autumn and the paer wee things on their motor bikes will be disappearing again into their hiding places. There were plenty of fines passed out for noise offensives. They had crushers out in some places. It helped considerably. We had a "motor bike" club not so far away. A pain...

Does capitalism limit the language of morality to success and failure? How many times have you seen “rip-offs” justified because they work? Most recently I saw a teacher/author call someone a fool for selling his book for a lot more than he himself does. Many people wouldn’t or couldn’t see past the money making potential, and it was only that potential to earn or lose that could make the act “foolish”. “A fool? He looks to be successful.” I don’t get the impression that such people are denying moral considerations. They just don’t see them.

I guess it depends on first identifying the personal and social values/norms at play, and then examining moral questions within that context(?)
