I heard on the late Dutch news magazine that it is not just the Federal Supreme Court the repugs are infesting with right wing idiots but state supreme courts. These were positions they blocked during Obama's presidency. The effect of which could last thirty or forty years. By then the inequality in the USA will be as bad as any third world country.
