Broadly speaking right-leaning governments are in power across the what we used to call the free world, yet the right not only remain angry, but with every political success they become progressively more irate. Brexiteers and Trumpeteers got what they wanted, and yet they're still vociferously disatisfied - evermore so. It's almost as if their political victories are stoking the flames of their disaffection rather than quelling them. This seems paradoxical - so I wonder if politics is really what's driving the fury here.

Trump is actually a move left for the US. His policies are not right wing, even economically. Trump is against foreign intervention, except for dealing with ISIS and Al Qaeta. Trump is in favor of tariffs and fair trade, which is what the left was arguing for for many decades. He is against NAFTA and the TPP, etc., which is not right wing at all. Trump is far to the left of Cruz, and even left of Clinton.

The person didn't advocate for genocide of white people. It is a sarcastic comment on the term "White genocide" as it is used by racists. (i.e. equal rights and not allowing racist policies)

They're a mix. His tax policy is definitely economically right.

Perhaps so, but much of the criticism of his tax policy is just political gamesmanship, since we really don't know the details. To those who are anti-Republican, any tax reduction is always caste as a windfall for the rich and a shifting of the burden on the poor. Like, when George Bush reduced the tax rates on everyone, and raised the income amount below which people paid $0 in federal taxes, it was called a handout to the rich.

If you raise taxes from zero to 5% on everyone ,then the rich, obviously, bear a higher burden of payment - Someone making 1,000,000 in taxable income will pay $50,000 in taxes, and someone making $20,000 per year will pay $1,000. But, that's just generally seen as fair, because it's on a percentage basis. Some, of course, think the guy making a million should a higher rate, too, which is another issue, and not pertinent to the point I'm making.

However, reduce everyone's rate again to zero, then the thing gets caste as an unfair largesse on the rich.
