Trump tax plan...and actual laws

Post by Tero » Sat Dec 24, 2016 4:00 pm

The plan has been examined by tax experts
http://www.npr.org/2016/11/13/501739277 ... s-tax-plan

Remains to be seen how it works out. Americans are reluctant to take government help, they see it as shameful. Welfare checks and food stamps are for the poor. The middle class has been enjoying "tax deductions" for 20-30 years. These are less shameful. Trump is removing them.

It appears there will be significant tax hikes for significant numbers of middle-class income earners. The true tax breaks occur for the rich whose current tax bracket is 40%, and they stand to drop a whopping 7% under Trump.

The Obama economics were run by this man

With the goal of upward mobility from poor to middle class.

But they only had Bush tax cuts and the current congress to work with.

Yeah well that's just, like, your opinion, man.

Is he a trickle downer - or just a downer?

I think it's more of a shell game. Three shells. Tax cut is under one.

You lose! Tax cut goes to...Trump.
