What's not so funny is that the odds are she'll be facing a right wing guy barely less of a fascist than she is in the second round... the left is too fragmented, and has lost too many voters thanks to hollande and Co, so odds are it will be a right vs far right duel, like in 2002, and in the current state of the right primaries, the favorite is a hard line catholic and far right economical liberal, he has vowed to slash the public budgets by 100 billions over 5 years, dismiss 500 000 civil servants (right when Police, Justice, Education and Public Health are gravely in need of fresh blood), slash taxes for the wealthy but raise VAT... if his opponent was not another former PM with a near equally disastrous record, I'd be tempted to go vote underdog in the 2nd round of the primaries, just to avoid that guy.
