Plans for protest in Valleys town against council housing refugee families

A protest is planned to take place on Saturday against against a local authority for housing refugee families.

A group called Welsh Resistance have publicly posted on social media to say that they are planning to hold a demonstration in Blaenau Gwent on Saturday.

Gwent Police have confirmed they are aware of the plans while Blaenau Gwent council has confirmed just one Syrian family has been housed in the local authority area.
