There is some truth in this. Muslim spokesmen always make the right noises of condemnation, but what is needed is good, timely intelligence from within muslim communities which helps authorities to nip terrorism in the bud. This would be in their own interest long term; it would go some way to preventing an inevitable and serious backlash against muslims in general. What is cristallnacht in Arabic?

The jihadi's aren't in moderate mosques. They are in the radical ones where by definition the people attending aren't moderate muslims.

Yes, but in many places in Europe, both moderates and jihadis are living in the same neighbourhoods. It's not just mosques where planing and distribution of explosives and weapons occur...

How are you going to know that your neighbours are plotting a terror attack? Just telling the police about young people becoming fundamentalists doesn't seem to be helpful. The Brussels attackers were already known to police and police still didn't have enough resources to observe them.
