Is this regular SC or the permant members.? They definitely should be in the regular. They'd be better than the war criminals in the permanent member list as well.

Kevin Rudd was pretty good as far as his policies were concerned, but apparently a bit of a psycho on the personal level. I wouldn't let him within cooee of the UN, let alone working anywhere near the top on account of the latter.
